RDA Ventures, LLC (“RDA”) is a family office investment firm that invests as principal or lead investor in diverse companies and projects in a variety of industries. RDA will typically invest between $ 500,000 and $ 10,000,000 in any one company or situation. RDA will consider an investment in any stage of development of a company or project, from start-up through expansion, and will consider other unique opportunities including private placements in public companies, management led buyouts, recapitalizations, real estate development and other special situations.

Since 1993, RDA and its affiliated entities and investors have invested in more than 30 companies and situations in a wide variety of industries. RDA focuses on identifying management talent and the partnering with management to develop a shared vision to create or enhance enterprise value. RDA is flexible on structure and will utilize its principals’ collective operating and financial experience to develop an investment and organizational structure that not only creates superior returns for the stakeholders, but also fits the capital requirements of the company or situation.

RDA’s principals believe that successful investments require more than capital to create value. RDA will actively participate in the strategic planning of the company or situation and generally aligns its financial interests with those of management by requiring that management retain significant equity ownership.

RDA’s principals have extensive backgrounds in private equity investments, senior debt placement, mortgage procurement, mezzanine and high yield financings, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation and bankruptcy reorganizations and restructurings. RDA will also provide strategic capital to select fund managers who have the ability to consistently identify and capitalize on investment opportunities. In addition, RDA maintains a broad network of seasoned financial professionals and operating experts who contribute their insight, experience and business judgment to management of RDA’s portfolio investments.

Once an investment has closed, RDA’s principals generally participate as active, informed board members, advising on strategic goals and bringing its contacts and resources to bear to maximize cash flow and enterprise value. While not participating in day-to-day operations, RDA’s principals work closely with management to ensure that the business is provided with sufficient capital to implement short-and long-term strategies. Additional financing will be considered through equity participation or debt placement, should internal or acquisition opportunities arise to further enhance and accelerate growth.
